* E-Commerce Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute a roadmap for online revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the brand’s expansion goals.
* Website Management & UX Optimisation : Oversee website performance, enhance UI/UX, and work with developers to implement new features and improvements.
* Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimisation : Lead paid and organic digital campaigns (email marketing, social commerce), optimising for sales and engagement.
* Product Management : Manage online product presentation, pricing, and inventory visibility to maximise sales.
* Customer Experience & Retention : Develop strategies to improve the online shopping experience, drive loyalty, and increase repeat purchase rates.
* Analytics & Performance Tracking : Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
* Third-Party Platform Management : Oversee marketplace sales (e.g Shopify, Glassette, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
* Team & Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with the studio and workshop teams, and closely with the designer to ensure a seamless digital and operational experience.
* Oversee the newsletter, briefing the designer for relevant assets and maintaining weekly comms with our community.
