Your key responsibilities will include: Uploading documentation onto Aconex and Procore Ensuring compliance with project naming conventions and document control protocols Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of electronic and hardcopy documents Managing document distribution lists and workflows for design teams and subcontractors Generating reports within the document control portal as required Assisting with the creation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Project Handover documentation Providing training and guidance on the document control system Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven Document Control experience, specifically with Aconex Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (reporting) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail Confident personality with the ability to manage your own workload Experience in the Building & Construction industry Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Familiarity with Procore Understanding of auditability processes for design coordination and subcontractor documentation Technologies: Aconex Procore Microsoft Office Suite How to apply: If you're ready to take your career to the next level and be part of a forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you Please submit your CV across to (url removed) Join us in building a better future Office Angels is an employment agency.
