Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general cover for absent teachers across different secondary school subjects.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure that students stay engaged and on task.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Support students' learning and development in a range of subject areas.
* Report on student progress and behavior to the relevant teaching staff.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Teacher - QTS you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous teaching experience in secondary education is highly desirable.
* Flexibility to work across a variety of schools and year groups.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage diverse classroom environments.
* A passion for teaching and helping students reach their potential.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
