The Role: As Quality Manager, you will:
Develop and implement a robust quality management system that aligns with industry standards and client requirements.
Provide expert advice and guidance on quality matters to project teams, including project managers, site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings.
Identify and address potential quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver quality-related training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
Maintain a comprehensive system for recording and reporting on quality performance.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure a consistent focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
A proven track record in quality management within the civil engineering industry, ideally with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
A strong understanding of quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific quality standards.
