Your Opportunity Contruent is looking for a Project Controls Consultant to joint our Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Services Team. You will be highly numerate and literate, able to communicate with all levels of project staff. Preferably, you will have experience with Contruent Enterprise (formerly Prism G2) or another controls solution. You will also be aware of brand and reputation management with high personal standards. You will work as part of a team of experienced professionals learning the “Contruent way” to support and solve client requirements. This is a remote opportunity position. Job Responsibilities and Skill Set: Support multiple customers at the same time. Interface effectively with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to manage hand-offs and knowledge transfer at various stages of the customer lifecycle. Engage with a diverse set of clients, partners, and consultants simultaneously to achieve client project objectives. Support the implementation lead in the setup and use of Contruent Enterprise to include monthly reporting and analysis beginning from inception of projects or at current state. Support documenting current state and future state of project and analysing IT infrastructure. Training of the Contruent Enterprise application and components. Ensure adherence to the cost trending and Change Management processes and other business processes as designated by client. Must be willing to travel (as conditions allow) up to 10%, occasionally to international locations. Must be able to attain Visa(s) for international travel and clearances as required by assignment, must have a current passport or be able to attain a passport. Must be highly numerate and literate, able to communicate with all levels of project staff. Must understand Corporate Governance and Risk Management. Detailed understanding of Financial Planning and project cost principles. Detailed understanding of Project Cost Control, Forecasting, Management of Change & Budgeting. Contribute to Preparation of the monthly schedule forecast and variance explanations. Planning and scheduling – some experience of Primavera is an added advantage. 2 years of relevant Cost/ Financial Management experience within various industries (construction experience a plus). Possess excellent problem solving and teamwork skills to propose design solutions. Education and Relevant Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 2 years project/ cost control experience. EVM business process development a plus. PMP or AACE certification helpful Preferred Candidate experienced in Contruent Enterprise (formerly PRISM G2).
