Job Description
We're looking to add an experienced SaaS Sales individual into a successful, driven and supportive team within our Experian Data Quality function. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sectors, selling our leading Data Validation, Data Quality and Governance solutions.
Reporting to our Head of Direct Sales, the Account Director will focus on landing and expanding new clients into Experian. This role is suitable for anyone within significant SaaS sales experience within a new logo/hunter style role, who is a consistent over performer. We would also give strong preference to anyone with experience of selling into Data Quality or Governance
Main Responsibilities
* Achieve metrics focused on activity, pipeline built and deals closed
* Become an expert in Data Quality and Governance propositions
* Work in collaboration with teams across the business including Customer Success, Pre Sales and Marketing
* Contribute towards the Experian Data Quality roadmap, providing competitor insight
* Maintain and share a comprehensive understanding of products, competitors and use cases.
* Achieve and exceed targets and forecast.
* Demonstrate accuracy in forecasting.
Qualifications
* Sales experience in a software or data company, with a good grasp on data quality and governance
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
* Commercially astute with an ability to negotiate
* Curiosity and interest in building considerable knowledge and be considered an expert by clients, colleagues and industry peers.
* Experience managing large accounts working in a matrix organisation
* Demonstrate Sales methodology training
