Project Co-Ordinator – Worcester – Up to £30K

My Client is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support their teams across Sales, Projects, and Production. Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator will be essential in executing and tracking construction projects across the UK. Acting as the liaison between their departments, you'll ensure smooth communication and project flow. You’ll also provide valuable support to the Operations Team to maintain high efficiency in business operations.
Key Responsibilities for Project Coordinator
* Manage the contracts email inbox for new call-off and customer care requests.
* Validate previous day's work promptly every morning.
* Arrange completion of works and ensure responses to customer care emails the same day.
* File photos, site updates, and raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) as needed.
* Coordinate with sub-contractors and follow up via email for missing information or documentation.
* Record new call-off requests on project trackers and update installation values for monthly forecasts.
* Create work orders, upload necessary documents, and manage cancellations in collaboration with the Project Manager.
* Maintain the planner and track site movements of Project Managers, updating live diary entries.
* Handle incoming invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and are validated before forwarding for approval.
* Escalate any issues or damage reports to the appropriate manager and track NCRs, summarizing weekly figures.
* Produce a weekly summary document every Thursday, detailing call-offs, sub-contractor issues, NCR logs, and concerns.
* Ensure consistent reporting and escalation to the Contracts Manager.
Person Specification
* Previous experience in a project coordination role within construction or manufacturing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working within shared drives.
* Training or qualifications in construction processes and installation.
* Strong understanding of project requirements and task management.
* Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
* Proactive and critical thinking problem solver.
* Highly organized with exceptional planning and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
