Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and overseeing the teams in Mold, comprising senior engineers, an apprentice, and a graduate
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to win new business and expand client relationships
* Ensuring the effective delivery of infrastructure projects with a focus on technical excellence
* Collaborating with the Welsh Government and NMWTRA on key projects
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge of industry standards and practices
* Mentoring and supporting team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development
* Representing the consultancy at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development
* Ensuring all projects comply with relevant legislation and quality standards
Job Requirements:
* Extensive experience in infrastructure project management and delivery
* Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing and developing teams
* Deep technical knowledge within the infrastructure sector, particularly in the HTP environment
* Ability to win new work and build robust client relationships
* Familiarity with the main industry players and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem–solving skills and attention to detail
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline
