Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support the companys ongoing growth and ensure maximum efficiency in our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including customizations, automation, and integration with other tools. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that Salesforce aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM to support day-to-day operations. Manage users, profiles, permissions, and roles to ensure proper access controls. Create and maintain Salesforce Flows (Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning Flow) for automating business processes and improving operational efficiency. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Implement and manage security protocols within Salesforce, including sharing rules, permission sets, and field-level security. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide ongoing support to users. Maintain data integrity and quality by creating and enforcing data management best practices. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems. Monitor Salesforce system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations. Provide training and documentation to end-users and ensure they are leveraging Salesforce effectively. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product updates and best practices to ensure the platform is being utilized to its fullest potential. Skills & Experience: Proven Experience: 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, ideally you would already come from a senior position or ready to take the step up. Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows (including Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Lightning Flow), workflows, and automation tools. Permissions Management: Deep understanding of Salesforce permissions, profiles, roles, and security controls. Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Data Management: Experience with data management, import/export tools (e.g., Data Loader), and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on providing solutions to business challenges. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Industry Experience: Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is highly desirable but not essential. Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Salesforce-related applications and integrations. Desirable Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team environment. Prior experience in a hybrid working setup, with the ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
