Key Responsibilities The post-holder will be expected to deliver a high standard of clinical care to patients via telephone triage, face to face consultations and on-call cover. Other duties will depend on the skills of the applicant. Managing a mixture of acute, chronic, and complex conditions within the scope of general practice. Conducting patient consultations, assessments, and treatments, ensuring a patient-focused approach. Supporting preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, and minor illness care. Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, and allied health professionals. Contributing to clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development. The Principal GP supports its staff by encouraging teamwork and appropriate training to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to clinical governance standards. Conduct home visits when required. You will report to the Lead GP/Practice Manager and will be supported by a team of experienced clinicians and administrative staff.
