Role: Commercial Admin
Salary: Up to £28k per annum
Location: Aldershot
OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE
To provide an effective and efficient administration service and to support the work of the Commercial teams.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
To proactively identify good quality business opportunities whilst working with customers that value our offering who will provide us with long term business taking into account.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Processing and providing information to all parties involved in order to progress work.
2. Managing commercial paperwork and the on-going maintenance of files
3. Retrieving and inputting commercial data onto IT/manual systems as required
4. Only employing processes that add value to your customers and people
5. Ensure records are maintained centrally on IGO and Accuserv
6. Follow project governance and group policy and standard operating procedure
7. Understand and help maintain builders profile and contractor competence
8. Ensure quality data returns
9. Assist with developing & administering processe
10. Carry out any reasonable task as requested by your line manager
11. Being a point of contact for the client and customers, promoting good working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stake-holders
12. Supporting the Commercial teams to ensure that works are managed in accordance with contract requirements.
13. Ensuring prompt resolution of queries and complaints, so that commercial targets are met
EXPERIENCE
14. Housing and property sector knowledge and experience
15. Construction knowledge and experience.
16. 1-2 years working with SOR contracts essential
