If you love variety and enjoy being the central hub of an office, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Switchboard Expert : Handle incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments with ease. Stationery Supply Specialist : Keep office supplies stocked and handle custom requests for materials. Resource Booking : Coordinate bookings for hotels, taxis, and meeting rooms to support the internal team. Admin Support : Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including mail shots and invoice processing. Guest Reception : Meet and greet all guests, print name badges, and organize WiFi access with IT. The Ideal Candidate: Friendly and professional, with a customer-first attitude.
