ABOUT THIS POSITION The Global Senior Product Marketing Manager will report into the Director of Equity Product Marketing EMEA The Global Product Marketing, Centre of Excellence (COE), is central to the delivery of product marketing collateral, product, and capability content as well as the creation and delivery of regional and Global campaigns and initiatives. This is an important role for the Global Product Marketing COE as the function seeks to enhance its product messaging capabilities and develop compelling product level narratives, that resonate across various target audiences and segments globally. The Global Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative and driving adoption of priority products, primarily in the intermediary segment across the key growth regions of EMEA, APAC and Canada. This role requires strong writing skills and a proven track record of effectively communicating product value propositions and contextualized client led product arguments, to intermediary audiences. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging across audiences. ROLE SUMMARY Develop compelling product narratives and create content for marketing collateral, including brochureware, fund flyers, leaflets, presentations as well as bespoke items. Provide ongoing content updates for the relevant product marketing collateral suites. Works with Asset Class Product Marketing Directors in the creation of dynamic value propositions and product marketing content to be deployed across regional and globally orchestrated marketing plans. Works with Investment Specialists and Product Specialists to deliver specific updates to collateral and deliver new items as appropriate. Where appropriate works closely with Segment Marketing leaders, and segment marketing managers Integrates quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate criteria of the target audience, client requirements, the competitive landscape, and the market environment to lead the selection of product priorities in collaboration with country/segment leads. Responsible for the promotion and competitive differentiators to position products for specific client segments, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages. Thinks innovatively around content creation and delivery - producing compelling and differentiating insight led marketing collateral. Can identify competitive differentiators to position products for specific client segments and works with Segment Marketing and Sales to ensure true differentiation and cut-through. Works with the internal design studio in the creation of collateral & digital assets Partners with the Marketing Strategy, Performance and Operations (MSPO) team to unearth proprietary product insights to inform marketing output. Works alongside MSPO in the collation of product marketing engagement data in order to enhance output and facilitate quarterly reporting. GLOBAL PRODUCT MARKETING The Global Product Marketing function are accountable for the Global investment product marketing strategy, the delivery of regional and global capability and product related campaigns and client facing product marketing collateral. The team utilize & leverage client knowledge and market insights to identify product/market fit; create differentiated value propositions; and related messaging, for campaigns, and client-centric thought leadership. They seek to align insights with business objectives to shape and create compelling product offerings to optimize business outcomes and raise brand profile. CANDIDATE'S PROFILE A creative thinker with a firm grasp of detail A self-starter, delivery focused individual who is passionate about investment. Excellent knowledge of investment products and investment vehicles across asset classes A very solid writer and editor with a proven track record of delivering sales decks, flyers and other intermediary product marketing collateral. Good knowledge of Global asset management landscape and differing distribution models Strong on ESG, ESG integration and derivate products Good communicator and influencer and able to work collaboratively across teams.
