The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking an Office Administrator In this role your role will include: Assisting with Internal and External Reporting for the operational teams and external clients Carrying out amendments to their systems Assist the team with preparation for meetings and minute taking Supporting in ad hoc project work Maintaining the Document, SLA and POA electronic databases Support complaints management to ensure the process is being followed by the team Providing general administration to the team The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained 6-12 months in an office administration role previously. As well as this you will also have or be: Able to complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe with accuracy Effective record keeping. Demonstrate high levels of data accuracy.
