Job Title: Customer Experience Team Leader

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis

About You:
As the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for organising, supervising and motivating the team to help deliver business sales and growth. You will assist the Customer Experience Manager to inspire, motivate and develop the team, working to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and delivering exceptional levels of customer service to help maximise the business centers’ sales performance.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the store management team in driving the success of the store and the wider business forward.
* Deputizing in the absence of the Customer Experience Manager.
* Responsible for implementing an effective team working schedule, supporting your team's wellbeing and assisting your manager in recruitment and succession planning in order to prioritize and deliver our customers’ the best service.
* Helping to provide coaching and any additional support to Team Members to meet our Customer Experience expectations and standards, ensuring each team member takes ownership of each customer interaction.
* Support the Customer Service Desk with effective management of queries, refunds and special orders.
* Ensuring and maintaining proactive engagement with our shopfloor customers.
* Ensure active queue management so our customers are ready to be served.
* Support your own development and that of your team to ensure we deliver the best customer service through our product knowledge by actively coaching and delivering product demonstrations.
* Interpret and action customer feedback, bringing to positive changes in how we engage our customers.
* Exercise knowledge in our products and the wider business so you can address every query and support every customer decision by knowing the right people in our business to contact.
