Supporting a Telford based school in recruiting for a Food and Textiles teacher.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design Technology teacher to join the team of a Telford based school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Food and Textiles, fostering creativity, and equipping students with the technical skills needed for both practical and theoretical understanding.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire the next generation of designers and textile professionals.
Ideally, the school would be looking to appoint someone on a full time, longer term basis.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in teaching Textiles to KS3 and KS4 pupils to a high standard.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.
* Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
* Manage student behaviour in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
* Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
