To replenish stock from deliveries and keep the yard and warehouse tidy and clean. Principle Accountabilities: Process Deliveries / Check off what’s been delivered – Let Project Admin know if anything missing from original order Manage Hire In & Out Manage Equipment being dropped in for swaps between crews / damaged equipment Taking broken equipment to hire companies / repair work shops Keeping Yard Safe & Compliant Managing Safety Kit – Expiry, Swap Between Crews Stock Levels for materials Keeping record of tools, materials that go out of the depot and what comes in. Dropping vehicles too garages for servicing Putting vehicles together for new starters i.e. kit on van, safety items, chapter 8, barriers Manging Skip pick up / drop off at the depot.
