Your Purpose:
As a technical representative, each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored! We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs and clubs to high-end restaurants, Stadia and events.
We are looking for practical, logical problem solvers with an aptitude to learn. You will receive an immersive four-week technical training course at our training facility in Burton-on-Trent, followed by ongoing field support.
Key Responsibilities
* Arranging and completing line clean across Northern Ireland, planning and ensuring efficient travel routes, ordering, and returning equipment.
* Carrying out surveys for installations, maintaining dispense and cooling equipment, and offering advice and training to customers.
* Delivering first-class customer service through a right first-time approach.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met to guarantee workplace safety.
About You
* Live within Northern Ireland and open to daily travel.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Comfortable with modern technology devices.
* Team-oriented and self-reliant, comfortable with remote working.
* Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to professionally handle difficult conversations.
