Job Title: Operations Administrator Location: Liverpool Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Salary: £26,000 pa About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Administrator to join our team in Liverpool. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. You'll be supporting a busy team across administrative, HR, and facilities tasks playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and operations. A full clean UK driving licence is desirable due to occasional off-site responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage diaries, organise meetings, and maintain appointment schedules Handle incoming calls, emails, and responding or redirecting as appropriate Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, and note-taking Complete and manage expense reports for relevant personnel HR Administration Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes Maintain and update employee records Support formal meetings through minute-taking and documentation Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR processes Key Requirements Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Professional, flexible, and adaptable to changing needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Full clean UK driving licence (desirable) Interested?
