Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for delivering the commercial results in line with new business strategy and ongoing commercial targets.
Responsibilities include:
1. Calling out to new leads and exploring their fleet requirements over the phone, to include fuel card and fleet management.
2. Overseeing all activities of the operations and customer service areas.
3. Observing, analysing and maximising efficiency of the department to ensure smooth operations.
4. Engaging in consultative outbound telephone sales, demonstrating strong resilience and self-motivation.
5. Utilising excellent listening skills to understand potential customers' current setups and discover their requirements.
6. Signing customers up to improved suitable solutions.
