**Job Description:**
The Vice Director of Trauma-Informed Supported Housing Services will oversee the daily management of several supported housing schemes designed for individuals experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages.
This critical role ensures that the services provided align with the Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) principle and adhere to policy/procedures, health & safety, and risk management protocols.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
* Overseeing service performance and management
* Ensuring budget control and provision of high-quality support
* Supporting service development and transformation
* Collaborating with Scheme Managers to address operational issues
* Developing and reviewing annual plans for services
This position involves direct management of two scheme managers and requires promoting a trauma-informed approach to service delivery.
**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrable experience in developing formal relationships with other organisations
* Experience in developing operational procedures
* Experience in safeguarding adults and responding to safeguarding concerns
* A willingness to study to NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
