SHE Manager- Robertson Facilities Management
Location:Wakefield/Leeds/Sheffield/ North Wales (Travel Required)

Your new role
As a SHE Manager you will provide a crucial service to the businesses across the Robertson Group, specifically Facilities Management with advice, guidance, and support services on SHE related matters, as well as undertaking a corporate governance role on behalf of the senior management teams, at both individual business and Robertson Group levels.
What you’ll do:
1. Report centrally to the Head of SHE(FM)
2. Undertake SHE related corporate governance monitoring for the projects
3. Attend all mandatory project pre-start meetings with new contractors
4. Support the business in relation to SHE programmes and initiatives
5. Provide a focus on SHE matters
6. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues in relation to SHE matters
7. Lead significant SHE investigations
8. Help identify, develop, and as appropriate deliver, SHE training programmes and courses
9. Conduct site inspections and governance audits in line with agreed requirements.
10. Produce written reports in relation to inspections, governance audits and incident investigations in accordance with agreed procedures and protocols
What are we looking for:
11. Significant experience in Facilities Management Industry (5 yrs minimum) with some project work
12. Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 etc
13. CMIOSH
14. Willingness to travel with some overnight stays (essential)
15. Previous experience of health and safety, environmental or quality system auditing
16. NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent, in occupational health and safety or environmental management
17. IEMA or able to demonstrate working knowledge of environmental management systems
18. Excellent communication and IT skills
19. Commitment to delivering a professional, quality service
20. Focused approach to engagement with operational delivery
