About the role:
* Coleraine area
* 37.5 hours per week, full-time, permanent
* Monday to Friday, weekends off

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the administration backbone of the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of finance and administration departments. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys a varied workload. Your daily activities will include:
* Management of Timeware clock-in system and Edays web-based software.
* Management of staff holidays and absence.
* Preparation of monthly overtime and absence reports
* Support with onboarding new staff.
* Meet and greet visitors, set-up meeting rooms and organise catering requirements.
Criteria:
* Experienced: You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Technologically Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
* Administrative Pro: You have significant administration experience, with proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
* Team Player: While self-motivated and able to work independently, you thrive in a small team setting
* Discreet: You respect privacy and are trusted to maintain confidentiality in all matters
