University of Staffordshire is looking for a talented marketing professional to join our vibrant Marketing, Brand and Voice team.
Working in the portfolio marketing team, you will play a key role in planning, developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our courses, subjects and brand. You will manage online course content, digital advertising and literature, and collaborate with colleagues across the university to create compelling content to showcase what makes University of Staffordshire an outstanding choice for students.
The main responsibilities for our Marketing Business Partner will be to:
• Develop and implement subject-specific marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and university initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to produce engaging content for digital channels, including social media, email and web.
• Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimise future marketing activities.
• Conduct thorough and regular competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

• Experience in marketing, ideally within education.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
