We are recruiting for a Financial Operations Manager to join a reputable company based in Droitwich. This is a great opportunity for a qualified professional with manufacturing experience. The role offers full responsibility for the finance function and the opportunity to lead and direct teams across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full finance function, including audit, payroll, VAT, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Oversee financial operations such as sales and purchase ledger, costing, and annual returns.
* Lead teams in Finance, Purchasing, IT, and Logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Take a hands-on approach when necessary to drive results and support business needs.
* Collaborate across business departments and take on additional responsibilities as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
* CIMA qualified or equivalent (preferred).
* Previous experience in a financial operations role within manufacturing or an SME environment.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
