Duties of the Supply Chain Manager will include:
1. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels across suppliers, global locations, and customers
2. Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with a small, dedicated supplier base, ensuring quality and delivery performance while driving continuous improvement
3. Planning & Performance: Collaborate with sales to analyse trends, forecast, and set achievable stock targets
4. Logistics: Guarantee 100% material availability for production teams while optimising transport costs and service levels
