The School

The Role
The need has arisen due to the retirement of the previous, long-standing SENDCo and they are seeking an excellent classroom teacher, that is highly motivated, and ambitious SENDCo to lead their thriving Learning Development team.
SEND is a very strong area of the school with a track record of successful outcomes for students. The team consists of the SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo and 8 LSAs. There are currently 35 students on roll with EHCPs and 15% of students are on the SEN register. The ambition for all students is to believe they can make outstanding academic progress and the SENDCo plays a critical role in influencing this through teaching and learning so that every student with additional needs can achieve and be successful.
