Brook Street Recruitment are working on behalf of our client in Mallusk to recruit a full time and permanent Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team. They are looking for someone who is outgoing, organised and enjoys meeting people, to be the first point of contact for the Service Department. The primary duty of this role is to book vehicles into the workshop, either by telephone, or face to face. Using the Dealer Management System, create job cards for the workshop team. The Service Advisors is an important component that works as a link between the customers and the workshop. You will welcome customers, agree service/repair requirements, create job cards and book vehicles into the workshop. Duties Greeting our customers in an enthusiastic and positive manner. Handle inbound and outbound bookings for service and vehicle repairs. Carry out vehicle walk round checks. Use the computer systems to create job cards, load the workshop and provide customer updates. Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will benefit the customer Criteria Willingness to learn and push yourself Friendly with excellent customer service skills Self-motivated and passionate Excellent communication skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision Salary and Benefits Starting pay of £28,000 - £30,000k per year depending on experience / performance in interview Overtime - paid at time and a half 30 days holiday plus additional days for long service.
