Our client is a busy Property Management / Investment Company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
\n
They have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Admin Assistant to join their small friendly busy team.
\n
Your main duties would include;
\n
\n
* Audio typing
\n
* Notice filing
\n
* General administrative duties
\n
* Liaising with Tenants and Solicitors via telephone, post and email.
\n
* Assisting other members of the business as required.
\n
\n
You will need;
\n
\n
* Audio Typing experience
\n
* Experience working as admin assistant or similar role
\n
* Excellent IT skills
\n
* Some knowledge of property investment / Management is desirable
\n
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently following the relevant training.
\n
\n
You will be friendly and welcoming and be a great team player!
\n
You should be able to work as part of the small-established team and to work on your own initiative. A decision maker with good communication skills is essential.
