Our client is recruiting for an experienced Hotel Reception Manager to join their team, set within the Kingsbridge area. The successful candidate will work alongside other departmental managers, leading the reception desk and providing a 5* service to its guests.
It is essential that as a Hotel Reception Manager, you have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, from a 4 or 5* Hotel background.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing a team of receptionists to ensure a high standard of customer service.
* Responsible for control procedures on reception and security of cash, keys, and guest data.
* Manage staff rotas and holidays.
* Maintain the presentation of the reception area to keep it clean and tidy.
* Responsible for accurate guest billing and provide a warm welcome and farewell to guests.
* Ad hoc reception manager duties.
