3. Lead the Accounts Payable department to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely.
4. Implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
5. Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information.
6. Provide timely and accurate payment processing by coordinating with suppliers.
7. Develop and monitor the team's performance to ensure efficiency in operations.
8. Engage with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
9. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
10. Oversee audit processes within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have:
