Job Description Perform coordinator-level tasks while focusing on developing A&R skillset, building a roster, taking a more active role in booking processes as directed by Responsible Agent(s), and strengthening industry relationships. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All tasks associated with the coordinator role. Develop A&R skills by identifying talent and sending new artist ideas to Wasserman Music agents. Actively pitch, pursue, and sign new clients in partnership with Responsible Agent(s) and other Wasserman Music agents (when applicable). Take a lead role in the planning and execution of performance opportunities for assigned clients under the direction of Responsible Agent(s). Engage opportunities to work on client tours across other Wasserman Music Agent desks. Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness when solicited for input on artist plans and development. Nurture and grow relationships with artists, managers, promoters, talent buyers, label staff, and other members of the industry. Take part in ongoing conversations with Responsible Agent(s) regarding goals, growth opportunities, and career objectives. Uphold consistent and positive working relationships between departments and team members. Promote a positive, collaborative, teamwork-focused environment that aligns with Wasserman Music company culture and values.
