Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 4 Endoscopy Booking Administrator to join our friendly and busy team of health professionals in the Endoscopy Unit at Croydon University Hospital. This is a fixed term contract (12 months) to cover maternity leave absence. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the department and will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative/clerical and reception services. Skills and Requirements We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and to prioritise/organise their own workload. The right candidate will be sympathetic and sensitive to the requirements of staff, patients and other service users, whether communicating by telephone or face-to-face, including dealing with difficult or demanding situations.
