About the Job:
We need an awesome English Teacher to join us from September. If you love teaching English and want to help students do their best, this could be perfect for you!
What You'll Do:
1. Plan and teach fun English lessons that everyone can enjoy.
2. Make sure all students feel welcome and included in class.
3. Help students get better at English and give them feedback on how they're doing.
4. Share your love of reading and writing with your students.
5. Work with other teachers to make sure lessons are exciting and helpful.
6. Keep track of how well students are doing and who’s coming to class.
7. Talk to students, parents, and other teachers about how things are going.
What You'll Get:
1. Good pay: £750 - £1000 every week, paid straight into your bank account.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification with QTS status).
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification is necessary.
3. Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a diverse urban setting.
4. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for English and assessment practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Effective classroom management skills and the ability to establish a positive learning environment.
7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
8. Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
