Location: Castleford, United Kingdom (Hybrid working available once fully trained)
Salary: Up to £28,000 PA + Bonus
About the Short-Term Rental Controller Role
Our client, a market leader and innovator in their field, is seeking a motivated Short-Term Rental Controller to join their team.

As a Short-Term Rental Controller, you will play a critical role in managing regional customers and workshops, ensuring smooth operations and seamless service delivery. With comprehensive training and a results-driven attitude, you'll excel in meeting metrics and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities as a Short Term Rental Controller
* Liaise directly with customers and sales teams to support new rental enquiries.
* Coordinate with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workloads that meet customer expectations and business needs.
* Collaborate with accounts teams to set up new customers and manage rental contracts, including maintenance and thorough examination processing.
* Organize transport logistics with dedicated providers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Verify and file all order, contract, and PDI documentation appropriately.
* Manage off-hires by terminating agreements, conducting field-based inspections, and ensuring timely truck collection.
Note: Additional duties may be assigned as required, commensurate with the role and salary.
