Employment Law Solicitor (Private Practice)
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £55,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
Experience: Minimum 5 Years PQE in Private Practice (Required)

Key Responsibilities:
* Employment Law Advisory- Provide clear, commercially sound advice on employment law matters, including contracts, dismissals, grievances, discrimination, and TUPE.
* Case Management- Handle a varied caseload independently, ensuring excellent client service from initial consultation to resolution.
* Dispute Resolution- Represent clients in employment tribunals, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
* Legal Documentation- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and settlement agreements.
* Client Relationships- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored legal solutions.
* Regulatory Compliance- Stay up to date with employment law developments and provide guidance to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor- UK-qualified with at least 5 years PQE in employment law within private practice (in-house and local authority experience will not be considered).
* Technical Expertise- Strong knowledge of employment law with a proven ability to manage cases independently.
* Client-Focused- Excellent communication skills and a practical, commercial approach to legal advice.
* Self-Motivated & Organised- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently.
* Advocacy Skills- Tribunal representation experience is a plus.
