Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QSHE Management System in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices.
2. Promote a positive QSHE culture within the organization, fostering a safe and healthy working environment.
3. Conduct regular QSHE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.
4. Develop and deliver QSHE training programs for employees at all levels.
5. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QSHE activities.
7. Provide guidance and support to employees on QSHE matters.
8. Stay up-to-date on relevant QSHE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar QSHE role.
2. Strong understanding of relevant QSHE legislation and regulations.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Relevant QSHE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable.
