The role
This is a hands-on role in our busy and multifaceted Catering department. You will be supporting the Head of Catering in ensuring the smooth daily running and delivery of a range of collegiate and commercial events, setting service standards and upholding excellent customer service. The role will require the management and development of the FOH team, excellent knowledge of food and beverage, understanding of food safety legislation and guidelines, and strong analytical skills for strategic planning and finance.

Salary
