Why Choose Options Wellbeing Trust?
Options Wellbeing Trust is a 50+ year old charity supporting local communities with their mental health and wellbeing. Options aims to bridge the gap between the NHS and extensive private provision, enabling accessibility to services before symptoms worsen due to long wait lists or not meeting NHS service criteria for treatment and support. Options delivers its services in person within its hubs, in the community, online, and over the telephone for a range of mental health presentations and diagnoses.
Options Wellbeing Trust is part of a group of social enterprises called Social Care in Action, which has over 30 years of experience serving local communities in southern England. It comprises several not-for-profit social enterprises providing a range of reliable, person-centred care, wellbeing, counselling, transport, and related services.
We involve our communities in setting our priorities and evaluating our impact. By listening to individuals and building trusted relationships, our highly valued staff and volunteers support people with evidence-based, personalised programmes. Our holistic approach to meeting practical, social, and emotional needs builds confidence, respects dignity, and embraces individuality.
