PPC Manager
We are looking for a PPC Manager to join our Digital team here at Harrods and oversee PPC activity across UK and International markets to drive business goals and monitoring KPIs.
About the Role
The PPC Manager is essential in driving traffic to Harrods' owned retail properties and website; aligning with Harrods luxury positioning and adapting to platform updates to ensure the business is ahead of competitors.
You will also be:
1. Developing a strategic testing roadmap, and provide regular updates and insights on key learnings and changes.
2. Collaborating with agency and internal stakeholders on strategic developments, brainstorming rationale and analysing test data.
3. Identifying technical and tracking enhancements, supporting in building business cases to allocate development resources.
4. Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of PPC and Omnichannel specialists, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROAS through effective PPC strategies as well as advanced knowledge of PPC principles and ad platforms. It is important that you have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
You will also have the following:
1. Strong communication skills to develop and guide team members.
2. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
3. Previous experience in team leadership and people management.
Additional Skills
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop SEO and Digital Marketing skillset as well as knowledge and understanding of SEO fundamentals and practices. It is important that you have a basic knowledge of how search engine crawlers and algorithms work.
You will also have the following:
1. Experience with SEO tools preferred but not essential (e.g., CMS, Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, keyword ranking tools).
2. Knowledge of Google platforms such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
3. Positive attitude and highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload.
4. Team player, happy to offer ad-hoc support to other Digital Marketing channels when needed.
5. Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills, in particular Excel.
