Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) - Part time hours available
Pay £12.43 per hour (salary £24,299 per annum – pro rata) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

We’re looking for a dedicated night worker who won’t fall asleep on the job. If you’re as energised as a new Duracell bunny with the alert skills of a meerkat, this is the job for you!
You’ll work in our brand new CQC registered service, at the heart of supporting our customers making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support.
Typical night shift
* Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing.
* You’ll support customers with practical tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals and aspirations in their support plans.
* Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from customer to the next here, and there is plenty of time to work together with your colleagues too.

You have
* A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or are prepared to work towards it!
* Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail.
* Experience of caring for others, you may have worked in care before or have experience of caring for others such as family members or children.
* Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach.
* A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising every customer is different.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.

Job details
* You’ll be working nights, on a rota and we’re flexible to agree it with you.
* We use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
