Job Summary
TheProject Coordinator will support the Client Nursing Departmentrequiring a broad range of office and customer service skills toensure success in this role.
Roles& Responsibilities
* Support Licensure Processes: Assist with the licensure ofapplicants concerning Good Moral Character (GMC) requirements andsupport Complaint Resolution Coordinators (CRC) in caseprocessing.
* Background Checks: Manage GMC andbackground checks which are prerequisites for nursing licensure inMassachusetts.
* Collaborate with PCS: Workcollaboratively with Professional Credential Services (PCS) whohandle application processing for the Client.
* Administrative Tasks: Manage applicants maintainelectronic databases collaborate with Board Staff and CRC receiveand process supportive documents for GMC evaluation schedulemeetings and draft letters and memos.
* Communication: Communicate effectively both verbally andin writing with applicants demonstrating excellent communicationskills.
* Excel Proficiency: Demonstrateproficiency in Excel databases including sorting and analyzingdata.
RequiredSkills
* Proficiency inreading writing and understanding English.
* Ability to extract accurate information fromdocuments.
* Proficiency in Microsoftapplications: Word Excel Access and Outlook.
* Ability to organize a high volume of data into physicaland electronic folders and files.
* Strongcustomer service skills.
* Ability to prioritizework to meet strict deadlines.
* Minimum of 3years of relevant experience.
* Ability to learnand utilize customdesigned software (MLO NURSYS).
