Job description General Responsibilities Work within a multi-disciplined team alongside other 2D and 3D designers to create multi-faceted design solutions. Visual problem solver delivering graphic content for a broad range of projects. Take designs from concepts through to final artwork and assets; often focussing on the final artwork stages. Work collaboratively with the teams coming up with visual idea solutions. Provide support to the Senior Designer on larger projects. Take sole responsibility for smaller projects which will require you to work directly with both Client Services and Production teams. Join creative brainstorm contributing ideas. This may include designing and preparing artwork for eBooks to events videos, imaginatively laying out sales and marketing brochures, suggesting infographics and social media assets. The role involves lots of collaborative working within an intellectually stimulating environment, deadline driven, with attention to detail combined with deep creativity critical to your success. Design or redesigning an identity for a product, service or organisation. Create visual identities (logos, colours, fonts), print media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications and much more. Create artwork to use in our social media channels and POS. Create drafts and mock-ups of proposed designs and present them for review and revision. Updating visuals for online and social campaigns. Ensure clear communication from start to finish for all graphic design-related projects and pieces of work. Working with email marketing tools. Desired Experience: Proven experience in a design environment, ideally 3 years. Manage creation of multiple social media assets for our social agency and visual brand guidelines for new brands, keeping the Creative Director regularly updated. A passion for design and a creative flair. Fantastic creative concepts and can work with limited briefs to create fully rounded ideas and presentations. Skilled knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. Ability to work under pressure and manage various projects. Able to lead visual concepts through to artwork. Understanding of the different requirements for web and print design. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your eye for detail across multiple platforms. Excellent organisational skills: able to prioritise a large workload according to ever-changing business needs. A collaborative approach and meticulous level of detail in all endeavours. A self-starter, able to work autonomously and on their own initiative and collaboratively. A multidisciplinary designer who is capable of elevating the design experience from standout packaging and print media to social content. Capable of thinking outside the box and collaborating on all design decision making. You have experience working in a fast-paced creative environment and thrive working to tight deadlines with a flexible approach to last minute requests. You are technically competent at using Adobe Creative Suite – software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. And PowerPoint too. After Effects and Premier Pro, a bonus. Work well following Brand Corporate Guidelines; but can bring fresh ideas too. You’re a good communicator and work well within a thriving, energetic team and are equally happy working independently. You have the ability to take an effective brief and understand requirements set out. You have a keen eye for typography, layout and print design and awareness of current design trends and large format printing, the latest tools and techniques. Ideally some exposure to AI tools.
