Are you a Customer Success Manager looking for a great work/life balance? Do you want to work with a disruptive tech-start up and take ownership of all their customer and business needs?
On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join an established and disruptive tech start-up. Taking full ownership of their Customer Success Strategy needs moving forward, the successful Customer Success Manager will have full autonomy over the decision making, and overall brand awareness moving forward.
This role would suit a Customer Success Manager who has prior experience working on a number or projects, perhaps someone who has been self-employed or freelancing as a graphic designer/web illustrator. Or someone who is already working in a similar role and really looking for a challenge as well as a good work/life balance.
The Role:
* Taking ownership of the overall Customer Success Strategy
* Work closely with the rest of the team on innovative customer success ideas.
* Update and add to web content, social media content.
The Person:
* Prior experience with Customer Success.
* Innovative, and ambitious.
* Team player.
