Quality Assurance Co-ordinator (Llandudno)
Association of Learning is a fast-growing online learning provider, offering home learning courses across a wide range of subjects.
We have a new opportunity for a highly motivated and organised professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.
You will be responsible for the development of our online courses, ensuring we produce learning content of the highest possible standard.
You will also be tasked with ensuring both the work submitted by our learners, and the feedback from our tutors, is of the highest quality as demanded by our awarding bodies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinating the development, launch and maintenance of our online learning courses.
2. Overseeing our team of remote course authors, hiring new authors when required.
3. Improving product quality to increase customer satisfaction.
4. Researching the market to identify opportunities for new products.
5. Monitoring the quality of the coursework submitted by our learners, and the feedback from our tutors.
6. Supporting our learners with any course related issues.
Key Skills Required
1. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance, and its impact on the company’s success.
2. Can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Organised, and process-oriented with great time-management skills.
4. Excellent command of the English language and great communication skills.
5. Tech savvy – familiar with online systems and software.
Experience & Training
1. We’re looking for previous experience in administration, particularly involving digital/online systems.
2. Any QA/IQA qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory – we’ll pay for you to gain your quality assurance qualification, within office hours.
3. Full training on our internal tools will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Starting salary of £25,000 per annum.
2. Target based bonuses (successfully launching a course, for example).
3. 21 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays (after the 2nd year, increases by one day per year, up to 25 days).

Working Hours
1. Permanent, full-time contract. 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4pm Friday.
