Mundipharma is a global company with a complex supply chain. - We are looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Data Lead to join our team in Cambridge, UK.
Job Purpose
As Supply Chain Data Lead, you will be responsible for the accuracy, performance, and quality of our supply chain data systems.
You will work closely with two other team members focusing on supply chain systems, data, and process improvement.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality.
* Identifying and addressing gaps in data across different functional areas.
* Problem-solving data issues within our finance system, Oracle ERP (internal and supplier-facing), and SAP
* Ensuring seamless data flow through our central planning system, Anaplan, and other integrated systems.
* Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to implement solutions.
* Serving as the go-to expert for supply chain data-related inquiries.
* Understanding data governance and its impact on the end-to-end supply chain.
* Influencing and managing third-party relationships for technical system support.
Responsibilities
This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage expectations across different functions. You will need to understand the sensitivity of data and its broader implications. Leadership qualities are essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex issues into actionable steps. Hands-on experience with data analysis is crucial.
Key skills and experience
* Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments, strong communication skills, ability to lead and influence others to achieve objectives, even when this may mean local trade-offs
* Proven project management, software change management, interpersonal, assertiveness and negotiation skills
* Mathematical/statistical abilities to perform data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Required:
* Significant experience with Oracle and SAP systems.
* Experience with supply chain management principles.
* Proven ability to analyze data and solve complex problems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong leadership qualities and ability to influence others.
* Technical or Engineering or STEM degree.
Preferred:
* Proven experience in global Global Supply Chains, Planning and transactional ERP systems (preferred)
* Data management / administration and analytical skills, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (analytical libraries preferred)
* Experience with Anaplan or similar planning systems (Conexis, OMP, future master).
* Experience in the life sciences or regulated industries (FMCG, consumer products).
* Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultures.
