About the role
We are looking to hire an experienced application software implementer, ideally with knowledge and experience in the recruitment industry. You will join our team of implementation consultants to implement our in-house developed cloud-based software solution for our clients. This is a client-facing role, so you will need to have a commercial approach with good communication skills.
About the job
You will be responsible for implementing cloud-based software services for new and existing clients in the recruitment industry. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will liaise with and support clients during the implementation process. You will facilitate knowledge transfer and apply your expertise to understand client requirements, solve problems, and address issues. You will work closely with clients and the implementation team, and liaise with the wider Sales, Account Management, Development, and Support teams when necessary. Occasionally, support for clients may be required on weekends, which will be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced application software implementer with knowledge of the recruitment industry. They should demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
* Experience as an application software implementer.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to share workload and tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in presenting remote (Microsoft Teams) training sessions to clients.
* Knowledge of the recruitment industry and related software (e.g., Payroll, Bullhorn CRM Front Office solutions).
