This role offers the opportunity to work both on-site and within the community, supporting students in developing essential workplace skills and fostering valuable connections with referral partners. About the role: As an Employability Trainer, you will deliver engaging and practical employability programmes to students aged 16 and adults. Your role will involve equipping learners with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to succeed in the workforce. Some evening and weekend work may be required to best support learners' needs. About You: Experience: Previous experience delivering employability training or similar programmes. Engagement Skills: Ability to inspire and support learners to reach their full potential. Flexibility: Willingness to work offsite and collaborate with community partners. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and employers.
