Job Overview: Our client is seeking a mature, highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join their team, with a good few years in the industry. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. In a used car market solving and dealing with car problems with customers, answering phone calls, dealing with finance fields. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for cars and excellent sales skills. Requirements and responsibilities: - Must know how to manage the finance side. - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Assist customers in selecting the right car by providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing - Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, financing options, and additional product offerings - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors Experience: - Proven experience in used car dealerships or a similar role is preferred. - 5 years experience would be preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to upsell products and services to maximize revenue - Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication over the phone. - Ability to problem solve issues of customers. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year Expected hours: 50 – 54 per week Experience: Car sales: 5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
