6. Ensuring timely and accurate document and report preparation.
7. Managing office supplies and equipment, arranging necessary repairs or replacements.
8. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
9. Contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-Time PA should have:
10. Proven experience in a similar PA or administrative role.
11. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Proficiency in using office management software like MS Office.
14. A detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
